Conformance Status We aim to align our website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines define best practices for making web content accessible to individuals with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

 

Measures Taken to Support Accessibility

• Utilized the built-in Wix Accessibility Wizard to scan, detect, and fix accessibility issues.

• Structured headings and page elements logically to support screen readers and keyboard navigation.

• Added descriptive alternative text (alt text) to images of our heating and cooling equipment, team, and service pages.

• Selected high-contrast text and background colors for optimal legibility.

 

Known Limitations

Because our site is currently hosted on the free version of Wix, a Wix branding banner appears on the page. Banner placement and structure are managed directly by Wix, which may occasionally present platform-level formatting limitations outside of our direct control. We periodically review our site as Wix updates its tools to keep these gaps to a minimum.
